Meet Our Staff
Kim Hedges
Executive Director
Kim joined TCC as the Program Manager in July 2014 and assumed the role of Executive Director in July of 2020. She was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant and has two children. Her daughter Lauren lives in Mt. Pleasant and her son attends University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of First Baptist Church Mt. Pleasant, and is involved in our local jail ministry. She is so thankful and excited that God chose to place her at TCC, where she will have the opportunity to serve this community.
Melissa Moulton
Marketing & Development Director
Melissa joined TCC in September 2020 as the Marketing & Development Director. She grew up in Mt. Pleasant before moving to the neighboring town of Gilmer. She is married to Mike Moulton and together they have a blended family of five children. She is a member of First Baptist Church Mt. Pleasant and loves to sing. Melissa looks forward to using her talents and skills to help TCC further their reach and impact in Titus County.

Mireya Ortiz
Receptionist &
Volunteer Coordinator
Mireya joined TCC January 2018. She has lived in Mt. Pleasant for over 20 years and graduated from MPHS in 2007. She has a son named Elijah who attends E.C. Brice. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys helping others. She is very thankful and blessed that God chose the path of working at TCC for her, allowing her to serve and help the community.
